Securities and Enforcement Litigation partner Jane Norberg was quoted in recent articles in The Wall Street Journal and The National Law Journal on the appointment of Nicole Creola Kelly as the new head of the US Securities and Exchange Commission's whistleblower program. Prior to joining the firm, Norberg served as Chief of the Office of the Whistleblower and helped build and develop the SEC's whistleblower program since near its inception.
