Arnold & Porter partner Craig Margolis was quoted in a recent Law360 article, “FCA Intrigue Intensifies As High Court Again Invites DOJ Input.” The article discusses the Supreme Court’s recent request for the solicitor general’s view regarding False Claim Act lawsuits and the interpretation of Rule 9(b). Margolis told Law360 that he was hopeful the DOJ would take on the solicitor general review request because district and appeals courts need guidance on Rule 9(b).
