Kaiser Quoted in Law360 on Possible New Guidance from the USPTO

Intellectual Property partner Jessica Kaiser was quoted in the recent Law360 article, “Patent Cases To Watch In The Second Half Of 2022.” The article discusses several patent cases the US Supreme Court will consider in the fall.
In the article, Kaiser said she will be closely watching for any new guidance the director of the US Patent and Trademark Office may put out, including guidance on patent eligibility.
