Kedem Quoted in Law360 on Changes in US Supreme Court Hearings

Appellate and Supreme Court Partner Allon Kedem was quoted in a recent Law360 article, “The Firms That Won Big At The Supreme Court.” The article discusses the changes attorneys are facing at the US Supreme Court after returning to in-person hearings after COVID-19.
Kedem, who argued his 12th case at the Supreme Court on the first day of the Term, talked to Law360 about changes to the Court’s oral argument protocol, including having no public spectators, waiting in the attorneys’ lounge rather than listening to oral arguments in other cases, and having justices attend oral arguments virtually.
