Levine and Lindquist Quoted in Bloomberg Law on the Growing Denver Legal Market
Denver-based partners Ron Levine and Elizabeth Lindquist were quoted in the recent Bloomberg Law article, “Big Law Raids Colorado as Tech Venture Capital Grows Business.” The article discusses the growth of the legal industry in Denver as a result of the successes of tech and life science companies.
Lindquist, who recently joined the firm, spoke about the overall increase of legal presence in Denver, saying, “as the city has grown, there’s been more of a case for some of the larger firms to bolster their presence in Denver.”
While Levine, who serves as co-chair of the firm’s Corporate & Finance Group, discussed the growth of the Denver office, touting the office’s growth from one attorney to a dozen over the past five years.
Bloomberg Law also highlighted two major deals led by Levine, the $1.6 billion merger between Resolute Energy Corp and Cimarex Energy Co. and the majority stake sale of F&I Sentinel to private equity firm Calera Capital.
