Arnold & Porter Partner Jami Vibbert was quoted in a Law360 article, “Top Privacy Developments Of 2022: Midyear Report.” The article discusses the most important cases and developments within the first half of the year that will have a major impact on privacy professionals. One of these developments is Utah and Connecticut joining the Privacy Law fray, which gives consumers more access to their personal information and control over how companies handle this information.
Vibbert discussed how companies should handle more states joining this patchwork, advising that companies “take a holistic approach to dealing with data across the U.S.”
