Arnold & Porter partner Jami Vibbert was quoted in the Law360 article, "Feds Aim For More Insight On Hacks With Maze Of Policies." The article discusses the SEC and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's new reporting rules and how they will impact the industry.

Vibbert told Law360 that these laws stem from a realization that previous notification laws did not do enough to cover new and emerging threats and that "regulators are recognizing that a lot of harm can come from cyberattacks that have nothing to do with personal data and privacy."
