Vibbert Quoted in Law360 on Increased Privacy Regulation

Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy practice head Jami Vibbert was quoted in the recent Law360 article, “Privacy Policy To Watch For The Rest Of 2022.” The article discussed the increase in privacy legislation which is expected to be the focal point for national and state legislators.
Vibbert spoke to Law360 on regulation of sensitive health data, saying that the US is going to see stricter views taken by the regulators and more enforcement in the US on the use, disclosure, and overcollection of sensitive health data.
