Geverola Quoted in Global Competition Review on DOJ Procurement Cases

Antitrust partner Andre Geverola was quoted in the Global Competition Review article, “DOJ’s procurement focus showing dividends, practitioners say.” The article discusses the Department of Justice’s Procurement Collusion Strike Force and DOJ’s increased focus on antitrust enforcement involving government spending.

Geverola concluded the article by commenting the Strike Force is likely to generate fraud cases in addition to antitrust, and it is “a more organized and bigger investment” by DOJ that is delivering results.
