Securities Enforcement & Litigation partner Daniel Hawke was quoted in the New York Times article, “FTX Inquiry Expands to Others in Founder's Orbit.” The story focuses on how criminal prosecutors are looking into the family and other close colleagues of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried after the recent collapse of the crypto exchange.

Hawke foresees expansion of the government’s investigations of FTX: ''As people begin flipping or cooperating with the government, it can lead to new lines of inquiry and new people of interest,'' explained Hawke.
