Magnani Quoted in LegalTech News on AI Art Copyright Case

Thomas Magnani, the head of the Technology Transactions practice and co-chair of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry group, was quoted extensively in the Legaltech News article, "Getty Sues Stability AI Again. Will This Clarify AI Art Copyright Law?"
Magnani helped to explain the positions that each side is taking in the Getty-Stability AI lawsuit and explored possible compulsory license schemes or other legislative solutions. Ultimately, Magnani noted "I think everyone understands that this is an untested area of fair use law and think there's a desire for clarity in the marketplace..."
