Nurnberg Quoted in Reorg on 2023 Middle-Market

Bankruptcy & Restructuring partner Tyler Nurnberg was quoted in the Reorg article, "2023 Middle-Market Outlook: The Rising Role of Sponsors in Restructurings, Interest Rates and Potential for 'Lender-on-Lender Violence.'"
Nurnberg noted that higher rates "impair a borrower's ability to service their debt and that sustained pressure is felt most by middle market companies, especially those with low margin businesses". He also spoke on the importance of sponsors as the economy worsens.
