Yannaca-Small focused on ESG concerns for commercial and investor-state disputes, including disputes among companies around ESG contractual commitments or disputes brought by investors or governments against each other for failing to fulfill such commitments.
"We already see the [ESG disputes] trend, and it's a landscape we'll see developing this year and the next coming year," she said.
