Law360 Discusses UK’s First Sanction Fine With Kathleen Harris

Kathleen Harris, head of the firm’s London office, was recently quoted in the Law360 article, “UK’s 1st Sanction Fine Fires Warning Shot, But A Muffled One.” The article covers the UK’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation and its recent fine imposed on Integral Concierge Service for breaching Russia-related sanctions.
Harris expected the fine to reflect the fact that Integral did not make a voluntary disclosure in this case, “which may have caused more work for the investigative teams.”
