John Elwood, who leads the firm’s Appellate & Supreme Court practice, shared his insights on the types of judges he expects the second Trump administration to nominate with Law.com.
President-elect Trump may appoint judges who are “personally connected to Trump or known to the Trump organization,” Elwood said. “I think there will be more Aileen Cannons and fewer Stephanos Bibases.”
