Kathleen Harris Discusses New UK Fraud Guidance With Law.com International

Kathleen Harris, head of the firm’s London office, was recently quoted in the Law.com International article, “‘Get Your House in Order’ SFO Warns Corporates, as UK Government Issues Long-Awaited Fraud Guidance.”

Harris addressed the UK Serious Fraud Office’s newly issued guidance for companies to comply with the “failure to prevent fraud” offense, noting there is “an obvious tension between the government's aims at deregulation and increased enforcement by the Serious Fraud Office.”
