Evan Rothstein Discusses Heightened Visibility of Vidal-Led USPTO With Law360

Intellectual Property & Technology partner Evan Rothstein was quoted in the Law360 article, “Vidal Aimed To Put USPTO Rulemaking in the Spotlight.” The article addressed the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under the directorship of Kathi Vidal, who announced her resignation on November 12.

Rothstein noted Vidal’s efforts to boost awareness of the USPTO among potential inventors and leaders worldwide. “You saw more about the office than you ever had before,” he said.
