‘Good Ambassador for the Future’: Kathleen Harris Discusses Working With Interns in City AM

Kathleen Harris, head of Arnold & Porter’s London office, was recently featured in City AM’s article, “The head of Arnold & Porter’s London office on reaching potential.” The article highlighted Harris’s dedication to being a good ambassador for the future and a role model for others.

She noted: “I launched Arnold & Porter’s business interns in London so that we could hopefully help younger people on their journey to get experience within the law form or business functions of a law firm.” She also discussed the firm’s strategy to expand the university networks for career presentations and her efforts to directly engage with speakers in school. “I hope in some way that I can have an impact on people feeling able to pursue a career in the legal profession,” she said.
