Distinguished Korea Team Joins Arnold & Porter

WASHINGTON, DC, APRIL 20, 2015 -- Arnold & Porter announced today that Sukhan Kim has rejoined the firm as a partner in the Washington, DC office. Highly regarded in the US-Korea trade policy area, Mr. Kim began the practice of law with the firm in 1981. He now leads one of the largest and most prominent Korea focused practice teams in the United States. For more than 30 years, Mr. Kim has represented Samsung Electronics and other multinational Korea-based companies in trade, corporate, litigation and policy matters. Joining with Mr. Kim are 10 other professionals, including partners David Park and Jin-Suk Park. The team brings to Arnold & Porter a unique skill set and a comprehensive understanding of Korean international business and US-Korea relations.
