Arnold & Porter Advises State of Israel in $2 Billion Bond Offering
Arnold & Porter advised the State of Israel in its recent US $2 billion dual-tranche bond offering. The transaction closed on January 17, 2018.
Israel set final terms on $1 billion of bonds due in January 2028 and another $1 billion of bonds due January 2048. Arnold & Porter has represented Israel on numerous US financing matters, including the sovereign's prior issuance of $1.5 billion of dollar-denominated bonds in March 2016.
