O'Neill, Pierson, and Louer Named to The Hill's 'Top Lobbyists 2020' List

Arnold & Porter's Kevin O'Neill, Eugenia Pierson, and Greg Louer were named to The Hill's "Top Lobbyists 2020: Hired Guns" list. The annual list compiles the lobbyists "who wielded their clout and knowledge most effectively for their clients." While there are more than 11,000 registered lobbyists in Washington, DC, The Hill only recognizes approximately 200 lobbyists who work for law firms and lobby shops.

Kevin O'Neill, chair of the firm's Legislative practice, has been named to the list eight years in a row; Senior Health Policy Advisor Eugenia Pierson, who leads the group's work in healthcare and life sciences, has been named to the list six years in a row. Greg Louer, who works largely on technology, environmental, energy, and trade issues, was recognized for a second time.

Earlier this year, O'Neill was recognized by the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics for their outstanding legislative work in the group's 2020 "Top Lobbyists" list. The National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics is the trade association for the lobbying and government affairs profession.
