Arnold & Porter Strengthens Tax Practice, Partner Uri Horowitz Joins in New York
NEW YORK, NY, August 30, 2021 — Arnold & Porter announced today that Uri Horowitz has joined the firm’s Tax practice, resident in New York.
Mr. Horowitz advises public and private companies on employee benefits and executive compensation matters in support of corporate transactions. He has particular experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit arrangements, including cash and equity based compensation awards, deferred compensation plans, employment, severance, change of control, and restrictive covenant agreements. He also advises clients on securities law compliance and disclosure issues, as well as tax issues and the application of ERISA rules.

Mr. Horowitz earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, and received his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He received his BS from the University of Florida, with honors.
