Bloomberg Law Features Travis Clark as ‘Fresh Face to Know in Antitrust’
Bloomberg Law featured Arnold & Porter associate Travis Clark as an “Antitrust Fresh Face” in the most recent installment of its "They've Got Next" series, which highlights "rising stars of the bar” across a range of practice areas. The commended attorneys handle “high stakes” and “industry-shaping” client matters in their respective practices.
The publication highlighted Clark’s deep experience “at the intersection of sports and antitrust law,” including his extensive work for various professional sports teams in the NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA. His recent sports matters include representation of the Oakland Raiders in antitrust litigation initiated by the City of Oakland concerning the Raiders' relocation to Las Vegas. He also advises teams as they negotiate and draft contracts with ticket brokers.
Bloomberg Law also lauded Clark’s work on “red-hot issues” for clients in Big Tech antitrust investigations. His involvement with “emerging issues in market competition” across a variety of industries contributes to Clark’s reputation as an “Antitrust Fresh Face.”
“Travis is an associate that punches well above his weight in every aspect,” said partner C. Scott Lent, who cited Clark’s writing, advocacy, and oratory strengths.
“Travis is like a utility infielder,” said Debbie Feinstein, who heads Arnold & Porter’s Global Antitrust group. “You can put him on anything and he’ll do well.”
