Pantea Garroussi Joins Arnold & Porter’s Corporate & Finance Practice

Arnold & Porter announced today that Pantea Garroussi has joined the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice as counsel, resident in Denver.

Ms. Garroussi, who brings more than two decades of experience, focuses on business operations related to acquiring and commercializing intellectual property rights and on commercial contracts. A skilled practitioner in the tech and commercial transactions space, Ms. Garroussi has negotiated complex transactions across a range of industry sectors, including medical devices, publishing, hospitality, mining and energy, and technical trade organizations. She has also structured novel transactions to bolster emerging technology and business models.

Fluent in Farsi and Japanese, Ms. Garroussi earned her JD from the University of Denver School of Law, where she also received her LLM. She received her BS from Santa Clara University.
