Sklenar Recognized by the PTAB Bar’s 'Top 50 Women' List

Arnold & Porter partner Jennifer Sklenar was named to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Bar Association's "Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials" list.

The list, which was released by the PTAB Bar Association's Women's Committee, recognizes the 50 most active female practitioners before the PTAB as of 2021 for petitioners, patent owners, and overall. This is the second time Sklenar has been named to this prestigious list.

Sklenar is a skilled patent litigator, particularly in the biotech, medical device, computer hardware, software, and networking-related fields. In addition to her work before the PTAB, she has a successful track record leading litigation teams in the US District Courts and the ITC, including multiple recent trial victories.

The PTAB Bar Association helps establish best practices and cooperation among various stakeholders from law firms, industry, and the PTAB itself. It was formed in 2016 by leading legal advocates, with the mission of promoting the highest professional and ethical standards among all stakeholders who appear before the PTAB.
