Jay Kreismann Joins Arnold & Porter’s Real Estate Practice

Arnold & Porter announced today that Jay Kreismann has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as counsel, resident in New York.
Mr. Kreismann focuses his practice on private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, sovereign wealth funds, institutional capital partners, sponsor operators and commercial real estate transactions. He also has experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, contemplating preferred equity investments, platform agreements and other equity documents.
Mr. Kreismann earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center. He received his MBA from John Hopkins University and received his BA and MA from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
