Dr. Monique Nolan Joins Arnold & Porter’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Practice
Arnold & Porter announced today that Dr. Monique Nolan has joined the firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice as counsel, resident in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Nolan advises on complex healthcare policy, coverage and reimbursement, and compliance issues spanning CMS programs. She most recently served as Senior Principal in the Division of Healthcare Payment, Innovation & Quality at The MITRE Corporation, and previously spent more than a decade in the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel, where she focused heavily on the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Dr. Nolan has unique insights and deep experience in legal, policy and legislative matters involving a broad spectrum of healthcare products and clinical services.
Dr. Nolan earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, BA from the University of California at Berkeley and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Maryland.
