Arnold & Porter Named to Dave Thomas Foundation's 2022 'Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplaces' List

Arnold & Porter was named to the 16th annual Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption's "100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces" list. The firm has been recognized for its adoption benefits by the Dave Thomas Foundation eight times since 2015. The list celebrates companies offering the best leave and adoption benefits in the United States.

The firm was again recognized on the "Best Leave" and "Foster Care Benefits" lists, as well as being recognized in the category of “Consulting, Accounting, Legal and Business Services” on the “Best by Industry” list. The “Best by Industry” lists recognize organizations that “offer the best overall adoption benefits, based on the 100 Best List methodology and categorized by industry.”

The Dave Thomas Foundation surveys companies across the US and scores participants based on three criteria: financial reimbursement, paid leave, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits. The Foundation also ranks employers by size, industry, paid leave, foster care benefits and impact. The impact list recognizes organizations who employ more than 1,000 people and that provide the largest overall financial benefits for adoption to the largest number of employees.
