O’Neill, Pierson, and Skillman Named to The Hill's 'Top Lobbyists 2022' List

Arnold & Porter's Kevin O'Neill, Eugenia Pierson, and David Skillman were named to The Hill's "Top Lobbyists 2022" list. The annual list compiles the lobbyists "who leveraged their expertise and connections to make a difference in the nation’s capital this year."

Kevin O'Neill, chair of the firm's Legislative & Public Policy practice, has been named to the list ten times; senior health policy advisor Eugenia Pierson, who leads the group's work in healthcare and life sciences, has been named to the list eight times. Managing director David Skillman, who is largely focused on international trade, tax, and energy matters, was recognized for the first time.

Earlier this year, policy advisor Amy Davenport and senior associate Bobby McMillin were both recognized by the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics 2022 "Top Lobbyists" list for outstanding legislative work. The National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics is the trade association for the lobbying and government affairs profession.
