Aaron Bowling Named a 2022-2023 Federal Circuit Bar Association Global Fellow
Arnold & Porter counsel Aaron Bowling has been selected as a Federal Circuit Bar Association “Global Fellow” for 2022-2023. Each year, the organization selects 24 attorneys from around the world who are “members of the next generation of leaders in patents.” The program brings together intellectual property lawyers—both in-house and outside counsel—”who have been in practice for 8-15 years, who expect to have a strong international focus in their practice in years to come, and who have achieved recognition within their own organizations as potential future leaders.”
This year’s Global Fellows will convene in Munich, Germany in early March, where they will meet with industry leaders and high-ranking members of the European judiciary.
Mr. Bowling focuses his practice on patent and trademark litigation across a range of industries, including medical devices and biotechnology, athletic apparel and footwear, pharmaceuticals, computer software and hardware, and digital music. He has litigated cases in federal district court, federal appellate court, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and at the International Trade Commission.
