Arnold & Porter Advises Xoriant Corporation’s Acquisition by ChrysCapital
Arnold & Porter recently advised Xoriant Corporation, a software engineering and digital IT services provider, on its acquisition by India-based private equity advisory firm ChrysCapital.
The deal, which closed on December 28, 2022, for an undisclosed sum, illustrates Arnold & Porter’s growing focus and presence across Indian markets.
The Sunnyvale, California-based Xoriant provides software engineering and IT services to Fortune 100 customers across the globe and maintains a global workforce of over 5,000.
ChrysCapital manages over $5 billion across nine funds, with a particular focus in the technology sector.
