Arnold & Porter’s Corporate & Finance Practice Grows with Partner Marina Richter
NEW YORK, NY, March 6, 2023 — Arnold & Porter announced today the continued growth of its Corporate & Finance practice with the arrival of partner Marina Richter. She will be resident in New York.
Ellen Kaye Fleishhacker, co-managing partner of Arnold & Porter and also co-head of Arnold & Porter’s Investment Management practice group, said: “Marina is known for her sage advice and representation of clients in the areas involving fund investments, private equity, M&A matters, and debt financings. Her arrival will build upon our asset management legal capabilities and help meet the growing needs of our clients.”
Ms. Richter’s practice spans a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, fund investments, private equity, alternative assets, and venture capital transactions. She regularly represents private equity funds, institutional investors, sellers and strategic buyers in M&A deals, direct investments, co-investments and JVs. Ms. Richter also handles the formation, structuring, and operation of secondary funds, private equity funds, buyout funds and venture capital funds, the organization of joint ventures, and the negotiation of shareholder, limited partner, and limited liability company agreements.

Fluent in Russian and French, Ms. Richter earned her LLM from Cornell Law School and received a specialist degree in law (JD equivalent) with great distinction from Moscow State Institute of International Relations University.
