Fernandez Named to CRE Finance Council’s 2023 Class of ’20 Under 40’

Arnold & Porter Real Estate senior associate Christina Fernandez was named to the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council's 2023 "20 Under 40" list. The annual list is a comprised of "professionals who have positively impacted the commercial real estate finance industry."

Honorees from the list include lenders, investors, borrowers, rating agencies, legal and accounting firms who are "celebrated and acknowledged" for their "fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to commercial real estate finance" the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council said.

Christina concentrates her practice on real estate finance transactions, and represents investment banks, debt funds and institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of properties throughout the United States. In addition to traditional loan structures, Christina also represents clients on transactions that involve CRE CLOs, loan-on-loan financings and repurchase facilities.
