Krimmer Named to GlobeSt’s 2023 ‘50 Under 40’ in Real Estate List

Arnold & Porter Real Estate partner Ali Krimmer was named to GlobeSt.com’s 2023 “50 Under 40” list. The nationwide list recognizes 50 individuals under 40 in the commercial real estate space who are “highly credentialed” and demonstrate the “intangible features” of integrity, community service, and resiliency. 

GlobetSt. highlighted Krimmer’s work on “real estate transactions totaling close to $1 billion” for some of Arnold & Porter’s largest real estate clients, as well as her pro bono work negotiating “forbearance agreements for two restaurant owners who were struggling as a result of COVID-19.”

Krimmer represents opportunity funds, private equity groups, REITS, hotel operators, institutional investors, developers and family offices on acquisitions, financings, dispositions, workouts, and joint venture agreements in connection with lodging and hospitality properties, shopping centers, raw land, condominium projects, office buildings, and mixed-use projects located throughout the U.S. She also advises investment banks, debt funds and institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans and workouts related thereto.
