Litigator Allissa Pollard Joins Arnold & Porter’s Houston Office
HOUSTON, June 12, 2023 — Arnold & Porter announced the continued expansion of its Complex Litigation practice in Houston with the arrival of Allissa Pollard as a partner.

Pollard has broad litigation, arbitration, and investigations experience, representing companies across the energy, natural resources, chemicals, life sciences, software, and private equity industries, with a focus on Latin America. She has handled commercial business disputes involving trade secrets, as well as disputes arising out of mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Pollard also has extensive experience with corporate investigations, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and criminal antitrust matters. Over the course of her career, Pollard has conducted internal investigations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Spain, and has been recognized by Legal 500 in both Latin America and the United States.

Fluent in Spanish, Pollard earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and received her B.A., from Trinity University, cum laude.
