Arnold & Porter Named a Top 5 Law Firm for Women & Diversity by Seramount
Arnold & Porter was named one of the top five law firms for women and diversity according to Seramount’s 2023 ‘Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity’ list. This is the 10th year that Arnold & Porter has appeared on this list, which previously was released by Working Mother Media.

Seramount’s 2023 list recognizes the top 50 law firms that use best practices to recruit, retain, promote, and develop women lawyers, as well as lawyers from underrepresented groups, including people of color. Seramount is a strategic professional services and research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Law firms completed Seramount's extensive application about workforce profiles, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. Surveyed firms also were asked about the ability to work from home some of the time, family-friendly benefits, and mentoring and sponsorship participation.
