Corporate Counsel’s Women, Influence & Power in Law Recognizes Debbie Feinstein with “Lifetime Achievement” Award

Arnold & Porter partner Debbie Feinstein was recognized with a “Lifetime Achievement” award at the Corporate Counsel 2023 Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) Awards on October 18, 2023. The WIPL awards honor general counsel, in-house leaders, and law firm partners who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law.

Feinstein, who heads the firm’s Global Antitrust group, was recognized for bringing over 35 years of experience to her practice in advising clients on a range of antitrust challenges before U.S. antitrust authorities. Prior to re-joining Arnold & Porter, Feinstein previously served as Director of the Bureau of Competition at the FTC from 2013-2017, where she was responsible for supervising the investigation and enforcement of U.S. antitrust laws against anticompetitive mergers and conduct. During her tenure, the FTC had substantial litigation success.

Feinstein has been consistently lauded as a leading practitioner by Chambers USA and other notable ranking publications. She was named a Law360 MVP in 2020, Global Competition Review named her to its international list of the "Top 100 Women in Antitrust” in its most recent rankings, and The National Law Journal named her one of the most influential women lawyers in America.
