Arnold & Porter Named to Dave Thomas Foundation’s 2023 ‘Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplaces’ List

Arnold & Porter was named to the 17th annual Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption's “100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” list. The firm has been recognized for its adoption benefits by the Dave Thomas Foundation nine times since 2015. The list celebrates organizations who offer the most robust leave and adoption benefits in the United States.

The firm was again recognized on the “Best Leave” list and the “Consulting, Accounting, Legal and Business Services” category on the “Best by Industry” list. The “Best by Industry” list highlights organizations that “offer the best overall adoption benefits” categorized by industry.

The Dave Thomas Foundation surveys companies across the U.S. and scores participants based on three criteria: financial reimbursement, paid leave, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits. The Foundation also ranks employers by size, industry, paid leave, foster care benefits and impact.
