Asimow Recognized by Daily Journal in Top Antitrust Lawyers 2023 Report

San Francisco-based Antitrust/Competition partner Daniel Asimow was named to Daily Journal's 2023 "Top Antitrust Lawyers" report. The special feature annually profiles the top antitrust lawyers in California.
In the profile, Asimow discussed his representation of the Oakland Raiders in antitrust litigation initiated by the City of Oakland. The case concerned the Raiders' relocation to Las Vegas. Asimow and Arnold & Porter successfully secured the dismissal of the City’s claims in both state and federal court as well as appellate decisions upholding the dismissals.
This is the fourth time Asimow has been recognized by the Daily Journal in this area. He was previously recognized in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
