Arnold & Porter Again Named a Top 5 Law Firm for Women & Diversity by Seramount
Arnold & Porter was again named one of the top five law firms for women and diversity according to Seramount’s 2024 ‘Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity’ list. This is the 11th year Arnold & Porter has appeared on the list, which was previously released by Working Mother Media.

In addition to being among the top five law firms for women and diversity overall, Arnold & Porter was ranked a top ten firm for women and diversity in numerous categories related to benefits, career flexibility, retention, advancement, and DEI strategies.
Seramount’s 2024 list recognizes the top fifty law firms that use best practices to recruit, retain, promote, and develop women lawyers, as well as lawyers from underrepresented groups, including people of color. Seramount is a professional services and research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Law firms completed Seramount's extensive application about workforce profiles, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. Surveyed firms also were asked about the ability to work from home, family-friendly benefits, and mentoring and sponsorship participation.
