Jennifer leads the leasing team at Arnold & Porter and is one of the top leasing lawyers in the Washington, D.C. area, with projects encompassing millions of square feet. She has almost four decades of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on complex leasing transactions from the perspective of both tenants and landlords. These projects, located in the D.C. region, nationally and internationally, often involve addressing complicated construction-related issues arising from base building development or renovation.
