Yannaca-Small Re-Appointed to ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR
Senior International Arbitration Advisor Katia Yannaca-Small was recently re-appointed for a second term to the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) Commission on Arbitration and Amicable Dispute Resolution (ADR), where she will be representing the National Hellenic Committee of the ICC (ICC Hellas).
The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR examines legal, procedural, and practical facets of arbitration and ADR to offer guidance and thought leadership on effective dispute resolution, thereby facilitating access to justice. Yannaca-Small will convey the Commission’s directives, actions, and commitments to ICC Hellas with the aim of promoting regular communication and ensuring ongoing engagement with the Commission’s projects, public reports, and guides.
With three decades of experience in major public international organizations and the private sector, Yannaca-Small has a deep understanding of public international law, international investment policy and law, investment and commercial arbitration, anti-corruption, ESG, and business and human rights. She has experience advising States and State entities in the negotiation of major international agreements, facilitating consensus and representing them in high stakes disputes.
