IAM Global Leaders 2025 Recognizes Deborah Fishman, David Marsh, and Matthew Wolf
The 2025 edition of IAM Global Leaders recognized Arnold & Porter partners Deborah Fishman, David Marsh, and Matthew Wolf. IAM Global Leaders are selected from the IAM Patent 1000 to identify the “best of the best” in patent practice and merit “special attention owing not only to their expertise and experience in relation to creating, managing, litigation and monetizing patent rights, but also to their ability to innovate, inspire and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients.”
Fishman focuses her practice on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on biopharmaceutical and medical device patent litigation. She serves as Editor-In-Chief of ABA’s Patent Litigation Strategies Handbook — where she has co-authored chapters on biotechnology and biosimilar patent litigation — and on the Sedona Conference’s Steering Committee for Patent Litigation Best Practices Working Group.
Marsh focuses extensively on intellectual property counseling, patent prosecution, inter partes and ex parte matters, Hatch-Waxman issues, diligences and intellectual property aspects of transactions and other corporate matters, including in the artificial intelligence, biotechnology, business methods, chemical, clothing, computer media, consumer products, pharmaceutical, machine learning, material science, and medical device areas.
Wolf has served as lead trial counsel in some of the most significant cases brought by and against global technology companies. His professional activities focus on patent, trade secret, licensing, antitrust, and business tort issues, particularly involving life sciences technologies and computer hardware, software, and networking.
