Arnold & Porter Appoints Daphne O’Connor To Newly Created Role — Head of Washington, D.C. Office
WASHINGTON, D.C., November 18, 2024 — Arnold & Porter is pleased to announce that Daphne O’Connor, co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability Litigation practice group, has been named head of the Washington, D.C. office, effective January 1, 2025.

O’Connor, who began her legal career as a summer associate at Arnold & Porter in 1994, worked in-house at a Fortune 500 company from 2008 to 2015, and then returned to the Firm, said: “It is a great honor to be appointed as the first head of our Washington, D.C. office. I look forward to working closely with my colleagues in D.C. and throughout the firm to best serve our clients in this time of exciting evolution in the legal industry.”
O’Connor is a veteran 30-year litigator with a focus on product liability and mass tort cases.
