Crain’s New York Business Recognizes Ali Krimmer in Its 2024 ‘40 Under 40’ List

Arnold & Porter real estate partner Ali Krimmer was named to Crain’s New York Business’ 2024 ’40 Under 40’ list. This annual list features some of the most talented and accomplished young professionals in New York.

Crain’s recognized Krimmer as one of the city’s top real estate lawyers. In her profile Krimmer noted that “It’s super important to know your business and know the law, but it’s equally important to be a good person. Having a sense of empathy and compassion is just as important.” Crain’s also highlighted her support and mentorship of junior and women associates with Krimmer citing the support, encouragement, and respect she received as a junior associate as her motivation.

Krimmer represents both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions, sellers and buyers in complex real estate conveyancing transactions, and sponsors and capital partners in joint venture negotiations. Over her career, Krimmer has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $1 billion.
