Our History

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP formed on January 1, 2017, the result of two well-established Am Law 100 firms — Washington, D.C.-headquartered Arnold & Porter and New York City-based Kaye Scholer — combining their respective strengths to form a nearly 1,000 lawyer global powerhouse with renowned regulatory expertise, sophisticated litigation and transactional practitioners, and leading multidisciplinary practices in the life sciences and financial services industries.

Like the constituent firms that comprise it, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer was born of a desire to provide sophisticated counsel and consummate client service in innovative, value-added ways.
