Nasro Abbas is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Finance group. Her practice involves a wide variety of corporate matters, including corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC reporting and compliance.

Nasro earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as a staff editor on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and as a clinical student in Columbia Law School’s Immigrants' Rights Clinic. She also acted as the Curriculum Development Co-Chair for the Paralegal Pathways Initiative and interned with The Bronx Defenders in their Immigration Practice.

Prior to law school, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco for 27 months.
