  • The Special Committee of the Board of Directors of American Realty Capital-Retail Centers of America Inc. in its $1.4 billion merger with American Finance Trust Inc.

  • Capital One NA in its acquisition of Wikibuy, an Austin, Texas-based technology company that is a leader in the growing market of automated online shopping comparison engines.

  • CommunityOne Bancorp in its merger with Capital Bank Financial Corp. The deal is a 85% stock/15% cash election transaction. At the time of announcing the transaction, CommunityOne Bancorp was valued at $2.4 billion, and the merger consideration is valued at approximately $350 million.

  • Komatsu Ltd. in its $2.9 billion acquisition of high-productivity mining equipment company, Joy Global.

  • Xilinx Inc., a Nasdaq-listed leader in adaptive and intelligent computing, in its acquisition of Solarflare Communications Inc., a leading provider of high-performance, low latency networking solutions for customers spanning FinTech to cloud computing.
