Sean Atkinson works in the firm's Corporate & Finance group. He has diverse experience in general corporate and finance matters. His practice focuses on corporate transactions and investment matters, including securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Atkinson maintains an active pro bono practice assisting non-profit corporations in connection with formation and governance.
Prior to law school, Mr. Atkinson was an NCAA Division I track athlete and coach.
