With almost twenty years of experience as a career law clerk in the appellate court system, she has a deep institutional knowledge base of federal, state, and municipal laws, as well as all aspects of litigation procedure. She is adept at performing the thorough research, persuasive writing, and strategic planning that is crucial to environmental litigation. Most recently, she has represented a wide array of industrial facilities situated near rivers and lakes as they work to settle their Superfund obligations with the United States and against other private businesses and municipal entities.
